Very annoying music bug[volume]

So I am using my awesome Lumia 820 .....
And nearly always when trying to listen to music the device sets the volume to 1/30 and while turning the volume up nothing changes. -.-
So I am stuck with my music as quiet as can be and the only fix is to restart my phone-_-
Does anybody know how to fix this ?
I already reseted my phone , did not help.
Using WP8 not Portico.
This does not effect me while watching videos

Even after updating to Portico, this problem is still there.

This is with or without earphones plugged in or both and are you using Bluetooth Stereo headset?? Just curious?

Hey, i had the same problem, when i set the option in audio that every app should use the same volume, when I turned it off that problem nerver occured again.

I have an odd volume issue on my Ativ S.

If I reboot the device on a volume of 20 or more it will put the volume down to 19 when the phone starts up.

I have the same problem on lumia 920. A few times I have gotten it to work by going to YouTube or some other video app which playing music. But it happened again today and all I could do was restart the phone.

It is most of the time when i plug in the headphones.
My Bluetooth on-ear headphone does not work on WP8
