Viber issue

Hello wpcentral community,
I've been having some problema with receiving viber's access code. After I introduced my Phone number, it doesn't send me the sms with the access code. I have tried reinstalling the app several times, obtaining the sale result, no sms.

Does anyone have has this issue before, and know how to fix it?
