viber says need connection but i already have it

i install viber on my windows 10 laptop and it says an internet connection is needed but i am already connected to internet. what is the problem i don't know please can you fix it ?

You need to open ports through your firewall. Open Firewall, Advanced settings, Inbound Rules. Create a New Rule, in there select Port and TCP. Enter under Specific Local Ports: 5242, 4244, 5243, 9785, 80, and 443.
Allow connection and name this connection Viber. Repeat the step one more time replacing TCP with UDP. Connection error will disappear.
