Vibrate AND Ring on 10166

Yes the feature is enabled to the default ringtone.

Thanks, but does it vibrates continously as it rings, or vibrate and then ring as in WP 8.1?

No, still the same behavior as with Windows Phone 8.1: vibrate -> ring -> vibrate -> ring -> ...
The only thing we can do is to suggest it in the feedback app.

I can confirm that in build 10549, the phone vibrates and rings when you have a phone call
