Vibration and sound broke on my 900?!?

So my vibration on my phone has been sounding weird for a long time and I just turned it off cuz I didn't want it to break anything. But more importantly, I dropped my phone today, maybe a 2 foot fall, onto my tile floor. And the sound is broken... Like I cant watch YouTube or listen to music anymore... I can take calls but yeah, I dont wanna call Microsoft and send it in or anything like that, but any fixes?

It sounds like the drop damaged the hardware, and that is the reason that the speaker does not work.
