Vibration won't stop

The phone suddenly starts vibrating and will not stop until the battery is plucked out from the socket. What should I do?
Please do not suggest hard or soft reset.

FWIW, Soft Reset is the #1 cure for glitches and you don't loose data. Hold the Power button until the phone reboots and vibrates (about 10 seconds)

I would guess it is a rogue process from an App. Possibly, you could even trace it by Notification that might come at the same time as the issue starts. Try turning off vibrate for some suspect Apps in your notifications & actions menu.

Same exact thing happened to me. All of a sudden it started vibrating uncontrollably and also the key clicking sound started on a infinite loop as well. The only thing i could do was either remove the battery or do a soft reset. The soft reset worked and hasnt happened but just that one time. I am running Windows 10 Mobile Release Preview Ring build 10.0.10586.107
