This is not an official app, I don't know if they make one for any platform, but it's new and was recently updated.
It's a true Universal app and the developer appears to be dedicated.
The latest update changed the UI, but unfortunately kinda broke the live tile... best of all, the developer is aware of the problem, responded to my email about it the same day and engaged me with questions about the rest of the app.
If you like Vice, I'd suggest downloading the app and support those who support us.
