I've sent a video clip via whatsapp to two family members, one has an android phone and the other has an iPhone 6 and they both said they received the clip but without sound . I sent the video clip in the .mp4. What format should the video be sent as for them to receive the video clip with sound. I tested the video on my L1520 and it played ok.
