Vidoes stop playing on ASUS Windows 10

[Windows Central Question]

I'll be on youtube or Netflix and when i go to switch to another movie or video, the add just pauses. If theres no video and the clip just starts playing, then it just freezes in place. The laptop isn't frozen,just the video. I know it's a problem because even the adds won't play lol. I have to restart my laptop every time ughhh. Then it works for a while or i have to keep doing it. It does it with Pandora too, anything that streams a video or sound continuously doesn't play.

What operating system are you using? When did this problem start?
