Voice Recorder opens up but will not record.
Audio driver is recently (about 3 builds ago) installed Realtek HD. I needed it because the system was using a generic driver which produced poor sound quality.
I don't think Realtek is the culprit.
Anyone has this problem ?
In my Win 10 version 1607 computer, Voice Recorder works fine.
Adding.... just notice I have typo in the title section.
How do I edit the title ?
