Voice Recognition for Email

I know that you can speak text messages and use voice commands to call people, etc. but it doesn't seem like there's any way to use voice commands for email.

I was driving yesterday and I got an email from a friend. I couldn't write back because there were no voice commands for email. It was very annoying.

Is there any solution for this?

None as of now, no. I expect MS to add quite a bit to the TellMe service in Windows Phones with Apollo, including this very thing.

If you download "Ask Ziggy" you can construct emails by voice. That's the main reason I have the app. You have to speak really clear however because it doesn't dictate speech well in its current stages
