any pending app updates in store? And I'm guessing you've tried a soft reset?

yep, have looked for updates and soft reset. if you have a device on the same build number can you see if it works with you??

also on the mobile app it wont allow me to reply

unfortunately, my phone got stolen some time back and I haven't got a replacement so I can test it for you. sorry

If you meant about the WC app, email the developer - they usually respond quickly about it
