Voltage Leakage in my New Xbox One X

I just purchased an Xbox One X few days back. I am noticing some voltage leakage on the HDMI and USB Ports. I have been testing this with a voltage tester and do not have a multimeter. I need to know if this is normal. I had an electrician check the grounding at my home and he mentioned that everything is fine. I know the typical voltage on HDMI port is about 5V. I am bit skeptical as I do not want to damage my console.

I have lost a PC hard drive due to grounding issues in my PC. That issue is sorted out though.
