Volume not working?

I've recently started listening to music on my L920 and have noticed an issue, the issue is that volume key stops working, sure you can see it going up and down to and from 30 but it has no effect on the audio volume, the only solution is to restart the phone which fixes it for a while but it will start again.

Anyone else have this issue? I noticed it last night on Metrotube as well so anything audio related.

I encountered that bug a couple times before, but I don't experience it anymore, perhaps 8.1 fixed it or replaced it with the one side audio bug.
But its not just you, although it appears to have gone away for me.
