VPN authentication configuration help using IKEv2

I have a strongswan VPN that is working and accepts IKEv2 using user name+password+preshared key. Windows Phone has L2TP with IPsec that has this feature but not under IKEv2.

My question is how should I enter the information into the VPN settings page to get WP to connect using IKEv2?

In my ipsec.secrets I have it like this:
%any : PSK "passwordgateway"
user1 : EAP "passworduser1"
