W10 in Nokia Lumia 730 not taking any 3G network even if HighestConnectionSpeed is 3G

Updated my Nokia lumia 730 to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 recently. After this, Connection speed it is showing only Edge even if I the Highest Connection Speed is 3G. Tried to select the network manually and is is showing the 3G connection in the list. But even if I selected the 3G connection, the speed showing is Edge.

OS build is 10.0.10586.318

try a soft reset (restart the phone)
Or get a new SIM

Unless you subscribe for data pack you wouldn't get G/H+ icon. Even with new sim, I'm getting E icon only. Call quality is hardly noticeably on E and 3G.
