I've been getting error 0x803F7003 on W10M build 10536 when updating most apps. Searching online seems to indicate that this is an issue with not being able to acquire the license correctly. This makes sense; when I try to update an app from its page rather than the downloads page, it gets the error right after it says "acquiring license."

On PC, the accepted answer seems to be use the "wsreset" command to reset your cache. Is there anything similar on W10 mobile? I've soft-reset the phone several times. I did hard-reset a couple times since upgrading to 10.

Was the same "0x803F7003" for me after a hard reset. But after some minutes I was able to install one app after each other. Sometime I had to wait between for 5-10 minutes.

I was able to install everything but that annoying TWC app. They released an update that won't install.

TWC won't install on 240 here. It broke something. Or is a broken update. All this telemetry and they can't see an issue hitting millions.

I also have a few MS apps that won't update due to similar problems - Lumia storyteller, Lumia selfie, and GroupMe.

No joy. Rebooted, soft reset, TWC is still being a biatch.

Just be patient. Under Windows 8 I once used some of the Internet's many command line 'fixes' to correct a store issue and my Store was never the same again. It fixed itself here with me doing nothing so it would make sense that it will fix itself for others too.

The store is a mess. I get this error and endin 000070006 too. MS better get their crap together soon or us the 2.7% are gone

I'm getting these errors messages and I am on week three now with no end in sight. I've disabled the store updates until I hear some good news:

0x80073CF9
0x80070057
0x803F8001
0x80070490

I'm getting the 0x80073CF9 error, tweeted Gabe Aul few times about this but never hear back from him.

Affected app cannot be launched or uninstalled.

where do you find settings for it
it works but you can not access settings
for me on my L830 anyway

Right, I think it can work if you have the app from 8.1 but the store seems to have it no longer available to download for W10M.
