W10 search issue

Hello
I had installed windows 10 a few days ago and I can't search settings in Cortana, or in settings menu. It says that I need to wait a few minutes, but im waiting a few days.
In my pc there are one more account and there everything is working.
How to solve this issue?

check for OS updates again and for app updates
Do a restart and try again
