I know on the first preview, Microsoft would record everything a user would write. I was not confortable with this idea.

Do they do that in the technical preview as well?

Technical preview isn't a consumer preview

Ya I know. But I don't see any point in trying out an OS without it being my day to day machine.

I installed in a virtual machine but I didn't like. I will wait for the CP.

lol no no, don't worry. Even though I'm not comfortable with it, I understand why they do it! ;-)
