On official blog, they mentioned impossibility connecting to routers with OLD security system WEP.
If possibile, aslk your office admin change standard security from WEP to the more modern and secure WPA2, with a new psw.
Your phone should connect normally then

Im having serious issue with the lock screen on my 950 XL. Aside from the background images not working, it will sometimes not display the number pad to enter the pin. Just a blank screen. Sliding down the action center works but still does not display the num pad. Rebooting is so far the only "solution" I've found.

Try enabling iris scanner as a temp fix. Windows hello really is super fast in latest builds and doesn't drain battery. Only scenario in which it often fails is when you are walking.

Problem is, the iris scanner also stops working with the number pad failure.
