W8 phone not responding

Hi friends,

My windows 8 phone does not responding sometimes. when i touch, tap it does not respond sometimes.

It is stuck in a lockscreen or a lockscreen that does not have any info on it..If so then hit the power button until it responds.

If no response at all, pull the case off, pull the battery and reset the battery and case making sure that is placed correctly.

Hold down your volume down key and power button for 10 -12 seconds. When it shuts down. Release them. The phone will restart. It should fix the problem
