Want to buy a lumia 1020 or 950 xl

I want to buy a lumia 1020 or 950 xl since 2014 ( i was non earning that time, and now it's not available in my country) But I'm unsure if they will be authentic product if bought from eBay or Aliexpress.
Any suggestion, guys. Especially what to look for while buying?
Will refurbished would work as original, especially the camera??
