want to reset my phone to factory setting

my phone memory is too low so i want to reset my phone. i have upgrade my phone to windows 10 now if i do factory reset can i continue with windows 10 or my phone will downgrade with windows phone 8.1?

It will not downgrade during the factory reset.

A downgrade requires a PC and an USB cable to attach your phone to your computer, and then using Windows Recovery tool. So as long you are not doing that, your phone will not downgrade to w8.1 over any other action
