Bee Mon I won't start teaching you english, semantics etc. Coming from Malaysia I suppose is hard to learn foreign languages. I never said Windows RT is a store, I don't know where you got that. Again I think you can't comprehend what you're reading.
It's easy to port an app on RT after you developed for windows phone. That was their idea. However Windows 8 Desktop is something else and you can't port them. That's why I said they are basically the same apps the ones from windows phone store and the ones from Windows RT store, because they are ported easily. For Windows 8 Desktop you can't do that.
