I am pleasantly surprised by my Lumia 920's inconsistent battery life. It's kinda like a fun little game of "how long do I have before my phone dies".
I am also pleasantly surprised by my Lumia 920's ability to become a makeshift maracas. For some unknown reason, if the phone is shook (like while running with in-hand), there is definitely something inside sliding back and forth (and it doesn't feel too healthy).
I am also pleasantly surprised by my Lumia 920's sexy good looks....sexy enough that it 'attracts' so much crud into the FFC and Proximity Sensor.

Aside from my sarcastic remarks, my Lumia 920 is a wonderful phone..... but I have to admit that there isn't anything there that "pleasantly surprises" me; it is exactly what I thought it would be when I bought it.
