Light usage - what do you consider light usage?

To be frank, what I consider light usage you might consider medium to heavy usage. I've been known to heat up phones to the point I'm burning a hole in my pocket when I go to put it away. My hands are generally burned slightly and there is smoke coming from the speaker grill. I'd hate for you to see what my medium and heavy usage is.
