WDRT bug; ROLLBACK TO 8.1

My w10m shows an 'Slow charging' error increased day-by-day. Now, MS Genuine charger is too slow which shows 6hrs~ for fully charge.

Today, I thought about WDRT again, for w8.1 Rollback for better stability.
But it shows an error:



Then I read some articles,forums -

after that i got an option to cope up with this error:-

*i tried this and add this program(WDRT) into Windows Firewall also but nothing works.

Device: Lumia 535 DS

Please Post a sensible reply instead of "SOFT RESET/HARD RESET/BLA BLA BLA - I've already tried that)

the slow charging issue has become a very common one , even my lumia 730 keeps on dinging with notifications that the phone is charging slowly even with the original charger. Visibly too the charging is dead slow, it has to be left untouched the whole night to be fully charged by morning. I couldn't find a solution for this and neither did soft or hard reset worked.So you are not alone and Microsoft will be much aware of this issue. As we are nearing to a new cumulative update on 8th November there should be a bug fix for this as well.


#2 have you tried reinstalling the wdrt application, i did face a similar error a few months back and a reinstall fixed it. The error was such that i was not even able to up[date the app using inbuilt updater. so finally i uninstalled it did a reboot and then downloaded and installed the updated version from Microsoft website.

I'm also waiting for Tuesday patch to get rid myself from this Problem (following me from day 1 of w10m).

Second, I've been written 'Again' after WDRT which clarify that I have already installed(reinstalled) that too.

MICROSOFT should have to fix this problem . Only Reinstall/Rollback(to 8.1) of Lumia phones at MSCare should be free(even out-of-warranty) till flash from OUTSIDE.

what is the status now have you got it to work? my eror resolved after a reinstall. have you done any changes to the proxy and firewall?

Yeah, it stopped my other Nokia Genuine charger which is not-in-working mode now.

Now, who's fault here, MS OR MS Lumia hardware???
