Weather app giving problems

Hello everyone,

Day before yesterday, I had to do an air travel and I had my phone in Flight mode for the same. Once I reached my destination, the weather app from Microsoft won't update my location anymore. My location services are perfectly fine, Here maps shows my location correctly and also the "Maps" app which was present in my phone updating to Cyan (official update, L520 in India). I've tried restarting phone, turning flight mode on and off, reinstalled app, no use yet. And yes, I did try what the app suggested. Kind help.

Why not try reinstalling the app

I've tried reinstalling it and I did mention it the original post.

I always have issues with Bing's weather app. It once got stuck in a loop and drained my battery.

I'm not going to say to get a new weather app *cough AccuWeather* but there is nothing we can really do, contact the apps developer if possible.

So I travelled again to some other location and now it has started updating weather according to location. Everything normal now.

You find the bing weather app to have the odd day of here and there. Has improved and only stops the odd few hours now again with me. Saying that I think its only stopped once for a couple hours in the past month.

BTW, the problem never got solved. It doesn't works at a particular city. Works perfectly at other cities other than Chennai, India.
