I have tried every single weather app with lock-screen support in the store and all of them present the same issue. The live tile is always out of sync with the lock-screen weather.
when you initially install the app and set the lock-screen weather and live tile, they are both in sync, but after a few refresh it just go out of sync when the live tile and the lockscreen weather have 2 different temperature readings.
Is this a limitation in WP8 where developers can not do anything about it? it happens in all weather apps., the only thing allowed in settings-background task is such weather app. and still it gets out of sync. Is like the lockscreen and the live tile have 2 different refresh intervals.
any ideas?
