Weave app unable to open

Hi all,

I am currently being presented with the following error when I try to launch the weave app.

"unable to initialize user. Please check your internet connection and re-open the app".

Has anyone seen this before and knows a fix. Is it a case of reinstallation. I already did the necessary data toggles and that didn't work. Thanks in advance.
 
It happened to me. Uninstalled it.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled and now I don't get the error, but when I try to set my preferences, it just closes the app.
