Webpage crashes on lumia 720 and mobile hang problem

Lately, I've been experiencing frequent webpage crashes and unsual hanging problems in my Lumia 720. I somehow suspect that this is because of 16 GB class 4 memory card that I'm using and plan to upgrade to class 10 soon.

What do you think is causing these problems and how to resolve this. Please advise.

Not sure if webpage crashes are related to a class 4 SD.
But hanging/lagging in opening apps which are on the SD card are class 4 related. Also saving photo's or video's to a class 4 will cause lag.
