Websites doesn't load correctly or showing only text[FAST HELP NEEDED]

Can someone please help, I'm having a problem with browsing, whenever I try to open a specific site, it loads only texts, no graphics, it does show some photos but in a weird way, I did everything, I searched YouTube for help, it I couldn't find the solution, can someone please help me.
I can't press on any button that its showed on the screen, I can't literally do anything.

Just a thought, but do you have Reading View enabled in Edge?
