Weird Email Problem

Updated to Mango with no REAL problems. I DO have a problem with my email accounts originating from MY server. Everything that WP7 does works fine (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) But when I set up an email account on my server, the mail comes down, I hear the notification chime, but the icon that USED to show up on the lockscreen doesn't show anymore (on multiple accounts). Does anybody know if this is a new "feature" they forgot to mention?
