Weird problem?

My father owns a Lumia 730 Dual sim... It has been running fine since the day we bought it except one minor annoyance...

He just inserted a second sim card in the phone and was greeted with a notification from network+ app about setting it up...

But whenever the app is opened and the set button is pressed, it crashes and throws back to the settings home page....

Anyone knows what might be the cause of this...

And this is not due to the second sim card.... This was present even before its insertion.

Restarting the phone has no effect on it. Neither soft reseting helped...

Any help is appreciated...

I am using Lumia 730 and it is working fine. Try hard reset.
