what to do my nokia lumia 630 does not charge and turn on

my nokia 630 does not charge and display the charge icon on my screen.when i press turn on button,it doesn't start up even it vibrate.what should i do?

Look for the Nokia recovery tool on you computer, hook it up and try to revive it with that
