What do I have to do to get WP live lockscreen on my Lumia 830?

[Windows Central Question]

It is not avilable in the Shop. Why?
Seams like on other Windows Phones, there is no problem with downloading & installing it.

What OS version does your Lumia 830 have? In my Lumia 1020 running Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1, I can see Live Lock Screen Beta in the Store, as well as the other Tetra Lock Screen app. Both can be downloaded without problems... though based on the reviews users are still complaining about the lags these apps have caused on their phones.
