What happened to page once?

I downgraded form Developer preview, to 8.0 then back to Cyan 8.1 But not it says pageonce is not available for my phone - is there anyway to sideload it? Or is that only if im running the developer version? Damn :-/

Could be 8.1 only - the app page in the store should say which versions it supports.
