what happens afer every monthly windows 11 update i have to reinstall amd graphics driver?

Every month, since December, it's the same! I have to uninstall and reinstall the AMD Graphic Driver, so my laptop (Asus Vivobook) could work.

Its because of monthly updates, facing the same problem in "DTS Surround Sound" Driver. I had to uninstall my sound Driver and then reinstall it. That was not in windows 10 monthly updates but experiencing it with windows 11. I also give Microsoft this feedback via "Feedback Hub". Hoping that soon Microsoft addresses this issue and this issue will be resolved in coming updates...
