What headset or three button ear buds work best with Windows Phone 10?

What headset or three button ear buds work best with Windows Phone 10?
I want to adjust volume, answer calls, and start cortana with a headset, preferably ear bud type.

I've found that the three buttons on Apple Ear Pods do not function on Windows Phone 10. specifically a lumia 550

Anything that says it is "designed for iPhones" typically will only work completely on Apple products, since Apple uses nonstandard ports.

Headphones for Android and BlackBerry have worked properly for me on Windows Phone.
