S SpicyKB New member Nov 16, 2012 10 0 0 Nov 29, 2012 #4 You need to dial the number and then go to the ellipsis at the bottom for Settings. Turn off 'Toggle ENS" and reboot your phone. Then dial the number again and now you can change 4G (LTE), 3G (4G), and 2G.
