What is the best 8-inch windows tablet with respect to configuration, battery life, performance?

Definitely I desire the below:

-Micro SD support
-64 bit
-WWAN (SIM enabled (3G/4G) )
-ROM 64GB or more

Till now my choices have narrowed down to Toshiba 8 and Dell Venue Pro 8 but its been a while since these tablets have come out. Toshiba 8 is hard to find. Can anybody suggest anything better thats released recently.

I had a Venue Pro 8 that I liked quite a bit. Not expensive and does the job.

IMHO the 8" size gets a bit hard to use in desktop mode... The buttons can be pretty small. You definitely need a fine tip pen or a mouse. Otherwise touch can be tricky.

I will second the Dell V8P being a solid device and pretty good value.

If I was buying a full Windows tab right now, I'd be looking pretty hard at a Toshiba Encore 2 Write in 10"
