What is the least annoying way to create a secondary Skype account?

I want to create a second Skype account to keep some conversations separate from my main account's conversations.

What's the least disruptive way of creating a secondary account? Best use a different PC or different user to avoid contamination of cookies etc.?

Skype doesn't really make stuff like this easy. It's best to use one account on one device and another account on a second device.

Yes, I ultimately created an account specific to that PC. (I use my main/real account on most of my devices, but that particular PC I have reason to call from my other devices.
