What is the process for getting a replacement from Nokia?

I did a swap the first time through my carrier Rogers but I'm past the return date now and need to go through Nokia for my second one as the dust in the FFC is getting really bad.

Anyone done one through Nokia?
Was is easy to get going?
Do I just email/call their customer service line?
Do I have to send mine back first?
How long did it take for your replacement?

I had to return my phone 2 weeks ago, done by nokia online repair.
Took them 7 days to send me a replacement, can't say anything bad about that... excellent service.

Either way, you have to send back yours first.

Received my replacement today, took 4 days in total including the collection and delivery days.

It was the second time I sent the phone to them and did not expect a replacement to be fair, just a repair.

Nokia can be really special customer service wise.
