It's usually only visible when you first connect to your pc/mac and then disappears, but I don't know nothing is in there.

Yeah the directory is empty and it doesn't always come up when I plug in my phone to a PC. The only time I have seen this is when it is connected to a machine with Windows 7. It may do it on Windows 8/8.1 but I haven't noticed. Just want to be sure there isn't an issue with the device.
