What is the UI Control Instagram Beta is using for tab navigations ?

There's a top bar in Instagram Beta , it acts like pivot but I'm sure it is not.Maybe it's some kind of a Telerik control , any idea ?

It's not a default control as you've already guessed, and I'm not sure if Telerik has a pre-made control for that, but you could check their website. Here's a Nokia Developer guide on creating your own:
