What kind of e-mail is this? Is my account hacked?

I am recently getting a lot of this kind of e-mails. It says sender is Abhi Khose, which is ME! Is my account hacked? And if not how to prevent from getting these e-mails?

Did you tick the "Always bcc myself" choice in the email setting?
