what network should i use for lumia 650 i got giff gaff sim but not accepted saying no sim emergency calls only pls help

Any sim from any network should work perfectly fine in a Lumia 650.
Either you have a faulty sim or a non compatible sim (blackberry version)

Try removing and re-inserting the sim, also make sure that it is the right way up.

If it still does not find it, contact giffgaff for a replacement, and all should be well again.
