What notifications does the WPCentral app offer?

I'm thinking about purchasing the app for WP8 but I want to know what notifications and live tiles does the app offer.

1. Will I get notifications if someone quotes, thanks or likes my post on the forum?
2. Will I get notifications for personal messages?
3. Will I get notifications if someone responds to a comment I make on an article?
4. If yes to all of the above, will those notifications show up on the tile, or is that tile just for latest headlines?
5. What kind of notifications does the app offer; push or 30 minute delay?

In it's current incarnation, the WP Central app has 30-minute alerts/live tile for news items only. No notifications for forum activity, I guess at present these are catered for via email.

It's still worth the money though IMO...
