From some threads I've skimmed through, people are saying it it does not make a difference.

People are just picky/OCD like WHOA. Right now there is a scratch by my windows button. Man. I should return this phone. Stupid nokia!

hmm i posted a while ago how to remove the dust.... use a dust blower/air can..... blow into the ear piece.
