so i have sent my lumia phone for warranty and i have a one year warranty and it has been 2 weeks now and everytime i call orange to check if my phone is ready (orange is the place which i bought it from and they will send it to the warranty which is i2 if that helps in some sort of way) they would say it is still not ready and one day i went to them orange not the warranty company they would say that it is not their problem and they are just waiting for i2 the warranty company to send it back to them and they will call us when this happens. I am getting worried about my phone and how long it should last in the warranty. I live in jordan which is in the middle east if that helps and i2 Jordan is the only Authorized Nokia Distributor and warranty company there. Any kind of help or advice would be great .

If your phone is being repaired, 2 weeks isn't much time. There is no indication yet that they are trying to deceive you so I would suggest waiting a couple more weeks. As long as you submitted you claim within the warranty period, you should be fine. I'm sure they have other phones to fix. Here in the U.S., it's more typical for the carrier to exchange the phone for refurbished one during the warranty period but other countries rely on Nokia or a an authorized Nokia repair company.

There isnt any hardware issues with the phone actually it is software issue with the not hearing other caller and the caller cant hear me issue and i sent it off to them after 8 days of me buying it from them and we asked for them to exchange the phone and they said that they will have to send it off to the warranty company first i dont know for which reason and i have explained to them my problem and how when i factory reset or remove the battery it works for a while and the problem returns and i dont know for what reason but the took the phones receipt and they just gave me a copy of the paper they sent to the warranty company weird huh? And after all my explaining they sent it off and its been 2 weeks still no idea of my phones status or if they are even working on it or when it will be fixed i am getting really worried :unhappysweat: and i really miss my lumia 630

I dont think this needs more than 1 week and another thing is when i went to oranges head manager and told him about the issue he told me that it would take 3 to 4 days max
